Year 3 have been learning about discrimination and how important it is to be inclusive.

No one should be left out just for being themselves.

We have drawn posters to encourage inclusiveness.

As part of our topic for this term, 'The World Is Our Oyster', we visited River Park in Bromborough.

Whilst there, we used Ordnance Survey maps to help us locate our postition in an outdoor setting. We also used the maps to help spot landmarks from the surrounding area

Reception class are learning all about the season Autumn. We went for an Autumn walk to observe and understand the effect of changing seasons on the natural world around us.

The Year 6 class had a great time discovering all about how the Battle of Atlantic was co-ordinated at Derby House during World War 2.

Children in Year 4 have participated in a Water Aware workshop this week.

Today in Year 6 we discussed the similarities and differences of bullying and cyberbullying.

We looked at ways in which people could deal with cyberbullying. We also considered the impact of cyberbullying on the victim and how it can be just as harmful as 'in-person'…

We have looked at the natural features in and out of the river and how the manmade 

structures have changed the land over time.
