Year 2 have been investigating the conditions for plant growth and enjoyed planting their own bulbs and seeds.

  • Observe and describe how seeds and bulbs grow into mature plants.
  • Find out and describe how plants need water, light, and a suitable temperature to grow and stay healthy.

Skills: to ensure that the plants they grow from seed or bulb have the best conditions in order to grow.
