This past week, our Year 5 children took part in some fantastic workshops led by Chester Zoo!
The sessions explored different animal habitats and the threats wildlife face around the world. The children were incredibly engaged throughout — asking thoughtful questions, sharing their own ideas, and showing great curiosity about how we can help protect animals and their environments.
It was a real pleasure to see their enthusiasm and teamwork during the activities. These workshops have given us an excellent foundation for our trip to Chester Zoo this coming Tuesday, where we’ll be able to see these animals up close and build on everything we’ve learned.
Well done!
