This week, children in Year 4 enjoyed a wonderful hands-on activity as they made their very own Christingles.

The children learned about the symbolism of each part—from the orange representing the world, to the candle symbolizing Jesus as the light, and the sweets showing God’s gifts.

It was a lovely way to combine creativity with reflection, helping the children understand the deeper meaning behind this special tradition. Their Christingles looked fantastic and filled the classroom with festive cheer!
