Children in Year 4 have been developing their clay skills by creating a pinch pot, using Greek styles and shapes.
Y4 ArtWeaver - It's All Greek to Me
Children used an i-pad to take photographs of themselves as a member of Greek society and then used images to merge themselves into a picture of Ancient Greek monument or landscape.

Year 3 - Inspired by Henri Matisse!
Year 3 are very proud to show the class's stained glass window which has been inspired by their study of Henri Matisse. It has been erected in the school playground for everyone to admire.
Y6 Walk like an Egyptian
Year 6 had a super workshop yesterday learning all about Ancient Egypt. The children learnt new facts about Egyptian Pharaohs as well as re-creating artefacts for own very own Egyptian museum.

Y6 create World War II inspired Art
Children in Year 6 have been creating landscape pictures inspired by their work of World War II. The children have been blending chalks to created a background and then adding charcoal silhouettes over the top.
