Science got a little bit sweeter in Year 4 this week!

The children have been learning about the different types of teeth and how they help us to bite, tear and chew. To really get their heads (and hands!) around it, they built their own sets of teeth using marshmallows. Incisors, canines and molars were all carefully placed, and the results were brilliant. Not only did the children have great fun making their models, but they also came away with a clear understanding of how our teeth work together every day.
