Year 2 had a special visit today from Michael who is a humanist. He explained to the children the three main beliefs of a humanist e.g. how to lead a happy life and to show others how to do the same.
Knowledge: to understand that Humanists question the world around them, looking for evidence and believe that the world is a natural place; to recognise the Happy Human symbol as a symbol for Humanism.
