We loved dressing up as our favourite book characters today for World Book Day.  We especially loved sharing our favourite books with our Year 6 buddies. 

Y6 have been learning how to locate places of interest all over the World . . .precisely!

We have even plotted Charles Darwin's journey around the world including his famous island hopping adventure in the Galapagos!

SKILLS: We used the internet to learn about the water cycle, navigating between and evaluating a range of websites.

Congratulations to our very worthy winners of the Reader of the Week certificate.

This week, Y6 have discussed what personal information we should or should not share online.

For example, is it okay to share our favourite hobby with people online? What about our home address or which school we go to?

Chatting online can be fun but we must ensure we keep ourselves…
