Year 3 have been learning about high and low pitch sounds

and long and short notes in music. 

We used all of our drawing, painting and collage skills to create our final self-portraits. Our hats represented the seasons in which we were born. Can you guess which season Aria was born? 

We used water colour paints to add colour to our portraits. 

We used the ipad to take photos and create pop art self portraits.

Year 3 enjoyed a visit from United Utilities today and it was fascinating.

We learned all about the water cycle to begin with. 

Then we learned just how much water we waste during our daily routines and it is staggering!

Y4 have spent the day learning about Ancient Greek Legacies of language, theatre and architecture.

The children worked together to build a model version of the Parthenon and complete a drama about the Ancient Greek Gods of Olympus.  

As part of our computing curriculum
