Everbody loves Christmas dinner and Year 3 are no exception. What

Y6 Music Week - Advanced Rhythms
Y6 learnt about the work of ‘Zoltan Kodaly’ and developed an understanding of the Kodaly music method.

Lifesaving Swimming
As part of our Year 4 Swimming lessons, the children have been how to swim in pyjamas. Not only did the children have a fab time, they also learnt some important water safety messages and lifesaving skills.

Y5 - Internet Safety - Sites to Cite
In Year 5 this afternoon, we looked at how we should cite websites in our work.
We learnt about plagiarism, sources and bibliographies.
Well done Year 5!

Y4 Burglar Alarms
Year 4 have used all their new knowledge of complete and incomplete circuits as well as conductors and insulators to create a burglar alarm.

Y6 Design and Technology - Waistcoats
Y6 designed their waistcoats - we decided to go for a Christmas theme.
We chose our preferred fabric and used templates to prepare our waistcoats.
Using safety pins we joined the different fabric together, creating seams.
Finally, using the running stitch, we sewed the waistcoats together…
Year 3 Sing the Christmas story
Year 3 started December off with a bang where they joined other schools from Ellesmere Port to Sing the Christmas story. Just for the record we sang our own song fantastically to everyone.
