Thank you to everyone for bringing in your baby, toddler and now photographs to share.
We created a display discussing how we change over time.
We made memory boxes to capture our own life history.

Y6 Waistcoats

We have had a great week designing, assembling, sewing and decorating our brilliant waistcoats!
Lots of new skills learnt and great teamwork.
We even had time for our own Y6 fashion show!
Year 5 Science - Seperating Materials - URENCO Workshop
This morning, Year 5 had Martin from URENCO visit us. Martin gave the class a separating materials workshop.
Pupils took part in various activities. Pupils were comparing different substances and seeing how they themselves could separate materials using centrifugal force.

Year 5's Everyday Art
In art today, Year 5 explored everyday objects to create an installation. They considered how ordinary spaces can be transformed and tried alternative solutions as they constructed their artwork.

Biscuit Mountains
This afternoon, the children in Year 4 have been using squirty cream (molten rock) and biscuits (tectonic plates) to answer: 'How are Mountains formed?'
Of course, we had to eat them afterwards.
